Possini Euro Fortuna 72 1/2″ Torchiere Floor Lamp with Reading Light takes its cues from glamorous Art Deco lighting, finished in a two-tone black and warm gold that gives it a polished, vintage-inspired presence. As an art deco floor lamp, it pairs a tall torchiere silhouette with a genuinely useful second feature: a small, adjustable side light built right into the column for reading or close-up tasks.

The main shade uses frosted white glass to bounce light off the ceiling for soft, general room illumination, controlled by a full-range dimmer on the column itself. The side light swings up and down or side to side, letting it be aimed exactly where it’s needed, and switches on and off independently with its own rotary control at the head of the light. A 14-watt LED bulb comes included for the top light; the side light takes a separate bulb, sold separately.

Standing 72.5 inches tall on a 10-inch base, the lamp works well tucked into a corner behind a sofa or beside a favorite reading chair, offering both ambient and task light from a single fixture. At 22 pounds, it is lighter than most torchieres in this style, and an 8-foot cord gives some flexibility in placement.
