BLACK MARBLE SIDE TABLE BY PIERO LISSONI

BLACK MARBLE SIDE TABLE BY PIERO LISSONI is a study in disciplined restraint — an object that arrives at beauty not through ornament but through the absolute precision of its proportions and the unimpeachable quality of its materials. A round marble top. A slim cylindrical metal stem. A solid marble cylinder base. Three elements, perfectly scaled to one another, combining into a table that occupies its space with the quiet authority of something that has always belonged there.

In this black marble edition, the materiality does all the work the form deliberately refuses to do. The BLACK MARBLE SIDE TABLE BY PIERO LISSONI -toned marble — deeply black, crossed with thin white veining that runs differently across every slab — gives both the top and the base a surface of genuine geological interest. No two pieces are identical. The veining that travels across the circular top continues around the curved face of the cylindrical base; each pattern of white lines is a record of the stone’s formation over millions of years. The slim dark metal stem connecting the two marble elements is precise and recessive — present enough to be seen, refined enough to disappear into the composition.

Designed for corporate and hospitality environments as much as for the home, the BLACK MARBLE SIDE TABLE BY PIERO LISSONI allows it to be grouped in clusters of varying heights, creating flexible surface arrangements that adapt to any setting. At W 15.7 × H 19.3 inches, this edition suits home decor as a refined coffee table beside a sofa, armchair, or bed — a surface of genuine luxury at exactly the right height.
