VERTIGO LARGE VASE MATT WHITE
The VERTIGO LARGE VASE MATT WHITE is an architectural statement in its purest form — a vase that communicates entirely through geometry, surface, and proportion, without colour or ornament to assist it. It is a piece that earns its place in a room through the sheer confidence of its design.
Conceived by the internationally acclaimed Ciarmoli Queda Studio and crafted from unglazed biscuit porcelain, the Vertigo’s silhouette immediately arrests the eye: a tall form that swells outward from a narrow neck, draws sharply inward at a crisp equatorial crease, then expands again before tapering to the base — a geometry that shifts and surprises from every angle. The entire surface is articulated by a continuous raised diagonal stripe pattern of deep, clean ribs that traverse the full height of the white vase sculpture, alternating between straight and subtly curved planes as the form itself changes direction. Rigid and architectural in one moment, flowing and organic in the next.
In unglazed matte white biscuit porcelain, the Vertigo is restraint carried to its most confident conclusion. Every gradient of ambient light becomes visible across the ribbed surface, creating a slow, continuous play of shadow and relief that makes the vase appear to change throughout the day. No gloss, no colour — only form, and the quiet mastery with which it has been executed.
Pair with other Vertigo variants in additional colours and sizes to build a considered, gallery-worthy grouping. Part of the Vertigo Collection by Villari. Designed by Ciarmoli Queda Studio. Handmade in Italy.
