VASE PIGNA GREEN

In the sun-drenched ceramic traditions of southern Italy, la pigna — the pinecone — has long symbolised abundance, fertility, and enduring life. The VASE PIGNA GREEN brings that ancient iconography to life in the most lush, vibrant expression of the collection — a rich, botanical green that feels simultaneously rooted in tradition and completely alive in a contemporary interior.

Every centimetre of the vessel’s broad, bowl-shaped body is covered in individually hand-formed raised pinecone scales, each one coated in a high-gloss deep forest green glaze that shifts between olive, emerald, and hunter depending on the quality of light. The interior rim carries the same gloss green, while the pedestal foot transitions to a white ground decorated with hand-painted dark botanical motifs and a lime green accent band — a signature of the traditional Sicilian ceramic craft from which this piece descends.

At 35 cm in diameter and a substantial 10 kg, the VASE PIGNA GREEN commands any surface it occupies. Use it as a centrepiece bowl for seasonal botanicals and fruit, or let it stand empty as a pure sculptural statement on a console, plinth, or dining table.

Hand-crafted in Italy by artisan hands — no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
