Seletti Hanging Monkey Decorative Wall Lights
There are wall lights that illuminate a room — and then there are wall lights that completely redefine it. The Seletti Hanging Monkey Decorative Wall Lights is firmly in the second category: a brilliantly irreverent, deeply characterful sculptural wall lamp for the iconic Italian design house Seletti — one of the world’s most celebrated names in boundary-pushing decorative design.
The concept is as bold as it is simple: a matte black resin monkey hangs from your wall, holding the light bulb in its outstretched hand — creating an immediate, witty visual impact that guests will never stop talking about. Every intricate anatomical detail of the figure is highlighted by the matte lacquer finish, giving the piece a refined sculptural presence that elevates it far beyond novelty into the realm of genuine contemporary art. The cold-to-touch LED bulb emits a warm 2700K glow at just 2W — beautifully atmospheric and energy efficient.
Standing 67.5cm tall, 37cm wide, and 20cm deep, and weighing a substantial 3kg, this lamp commands presence without apology. With an impressive 8-metre cable length and IP44 weatherproofing, it transitions effortlessly between indoor and outdoor settings — equally spectacular in a living room, hallway, bedroom, garden wall, or outdoor entertaining space. The 2-year John Lewis guarantee and replaceable E14 LED bulb ensure long-term enjoyment.
