CITRON VERT PENDANT LIGHT BY JURAJ STRAKA
The CITRON VERT PENDANT LIGHT BY JURAJ STRAKA is the colourway that sits between worlds — between the full chromatic exuberance of Hibiscus and the controlled single-hue restraint of Sauge — and it is precisely that in-between quality that makes it the most versatile of the three. Chartreuse and lime yellow-green anchor the warmth. Bottle green and forest tones hold the depth. Slate-teal and blue-grey cool the composition and prevent it from reading as simply yellow. And threading through all of it, the white botanical line work of the illustration itself — the same layered tropical botanical vocabulary present across the entire Boucan range, here rendered in the colour of a garden seen through morning light when the greens are neither warm nor cool but simply, exactly themselves.
Designed by Juraj Straka and manufactured in France, CITRON VERT PENDANT LIGHT BY JURAJ STRAKA is a flat disc pendant constructed from screen-printed solid laminate sheet — a material that achieves the precision and durability of industrial fabrication with the visual richness of hand-rendered botanical illustration at architectural scale. At 70cm in diameter, this is the Boucan that works where the 130cm would overwhelm: above a kitchen island, over a round dining table for four, centred in a bedroom, or as the focal pendant in a narrow hallway with the ceiling height to carry it. The form is identical — the wide flat disc, the layered botanical cut silhouettes, the exposed globe Edison filament bulb at the centre — but the 70cm scale lands as statement rather than installation, presence rather than spectacle.
The exterior of the disc is finished in deep forest green — consistent with the full CITRON VERT PENDANT LIGHT BY JURAJ STRAKA range — presented here with a matte black ceiling canopy and black textile cable that gives the 70cm version a slightly more contemporary, graphic quality than the natural fibre cable visible on the larger variants. The exposed globe Edison bulb is a rounder, more generous globe form than the elongated filament style — a detail that suits the proportionally more compact disc and distributes warm light more evenly across the underside of the print.
In Citron Vert, CITRON VERT PENDANT LIGHT BY JURAJ STRAKAbelongs in kitchens with white cabinetry where a single warm botanical statement is the only home decoration art sculpture the space needs. In dining rooms with natural oak tables and linen chairs where the lime-green note bridges the warm and cool without demanding a decision between them. In bedrooms where botanical wallpaper in green tones needed a pendant light that could hold a conversation with the wall rather than compete with it. And in any space where the brief was: nature, but considered.
Made in France. Designed in the colour between warm and cool.

I’ve been searching for a statement pendant lamp for my dining room for over a year and this is IT. The botanical print is lush, layered, and full of color — greens, blues, creamy tones — it’s like a garden floating from my ceiling. The exposed Edison bulb through the center is a perfect touch. It transforms the entire room. Absolutely zero regrets!
