PLUMERIA FLOWER CAPIZ FLUSH MOUNT

Plumeria Flower Capiz Flush Mount in white is made entirely of capiz shells, formed into a plumeria flower shape with no metal frame in sight. This flower capiz flush mount cannot be installed with a dimmer or on a sloped ceiling. It stands 12.5″ tall with a 12″ diameter, a smaller companion to the pendant version in the same collection.

This is a hardwired ceiling fixture, dry-rated, with professional installation recommended. It includes a mounting plate. One light socket takes a type B bulb, up to 60 watts for standard bulbs or 9 watts for LED. This item ships via standard ground shipping. UL listed for 110-120v supply; buyers outside the United States will need an adapter and voltage converter.
