ROBERT ABBEY BRASS AND BLACK TRADITIONAL TABLE LAMP
Built from porcelain and made in the USA, this traditional lamp pairs a black lacquered base with natural brass and ivory crackle accents for a look that is bold, refined, and classically grounded. The robust base and matching black drum shade give the lamp a strong, pulled-together presence that holds its own in formal and casual rooms alike.
Base Construction & Finish
The porcelain base is painted in a deep black lacquered finish that gives it a smooth, high-contrast surface. Natural brass and ivory crackle accents break up the black beautifully, adding warmth and vintage character to what would otherwise be a strictly modern silhouette. The square foot — 7 inches wide — provides a stable, substantial foundation.
Shade Design & Color Match
The black lacquered drum shade is painted in a glossy cobalt black that mirrors the base finish precisely. At 17 inches wide at the bottom and 11 inches tall, the shade is generously proportioned and casts a wide, even spread of light across the room.
Light Control & Cord
A 3-way socket switch gives you full control over brightness from low ambient to full 150-watt output. The 8-foot cord allows flexible placement across larger rooms without needing an extension, making this lamp as practical as it is decorative.

This lamp is pure glamour. The glossy black lacquer urn with gold band details is genuinely stunning and the matching black shade makes the whole thing feel moody and editorial. I put it on my bedroom nightstand and it completely transformed the room’s vibe overnight. I half expected the price to match what it looks like — honestly still shocked by how affordable this was. Magnificent!
