Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Personal care or hygiene products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@lumeartgallery.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
