  • For custom or commissioned artworks, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment or collection.
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees applied by their local authorities.

Order Confirmation

After you complete your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an official receipt.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payments for ready-to-ship artworks may be refunded if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not been shipped.
  • Custom or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable once production has started.
  • In the rare case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund review.
